This article consists of two parts. In the first part, we'll have a heart-to-heart conversation about goals - what they are, how to work with them, and what might be wrong with them. The second part provides a practical framework.
Both parts serve the same purpose but look at it from different angles. Even if you're a fan of practical tools, I recommend reading the first part before moving to the second. My philosophy centers on individual personal development, and this text isn't just about applying knowledge - it's about reflecting on it and understanding yourself better.

How to Choose Goals and Set Priorities
You can choose from goals you already have or set new ones. Try to determine which ones deserve your attention now and which ones you should let go of.

There are many different pieces of advice from experts about setting and achieving goals. Some recommend declaring goals on social media for more motivation; others suggest sharing them with a limited circle or no one at all.
There's no universal or single correct path - focus on yourself and your own experience. Do what feels comfortable for you. Your chosen tool should be readily accessible. Let's dive in →
Creating Your Goals List
Write down any goals and desires that come to mind. Anything at all. Everything you'd like to do or skills you'd like to have. At this first stage, don't hesitate to write down any goals, even grand ones. The ones you think about and say, "it would be great, I would really like to, but it's too difficult and hardly possible." But remember, as we discussed earlier, everything is possible - just don't expect perfection right away. Step by step, and an impossible goal becomes reality.
